We currently ship orders within India to serviceable postal codes.

Order processing

Orders are processed on business days after payment confirmation. During launches, festivals, promotions or other high-volume periods, processing may take longer.

Delivery charges and estimates

Available delivery methods, charges and estimated timelines are shown at checkout before you place the order. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by the destination, courier operations, weather, public holidays or other events outside our control.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will send it using the email address or phone number provided with the order. Tracking may take some time to update after dispatch.

Delivery information

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, postal code and contact number. Contact us promptly if any information needs correction. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed or dispatched.

Delayed, lost or damaged shipments

If an order is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, contact thewomenplus.dwarka@gmail.com with your order number so we can investigate with the courier.
